[21/25] hostap: Replace DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE macro use

We should prefer `struct pci_device_id` over `DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE` to meet
kernel coding style guidelines. This issue was reported by checkpatch.
