demangler, only access valid fields for DEMANGLE_COMPONENT_FIXED_TYPE.

Good point(s), that comment was out of date,  I've removed it.  The
symbol is a perfectly good symbol which we could find in the real world,
and should be able to handle.

Patch below only has changes to the tests.

libiberty/ChangeLog:
    
	* cp-demangle.c (d_dump): Only access field from s_fixed part of
	the union for DEMANGLE_COMPONENT_FIXED_TYPE.
	(d_count_templates_scopes): Likewise.
	* testsuite/demangle-expected: New test case.
