Tested with --enable-pt-chown=[yes|no].

Andreas.

	* config.h.in (HAVE_PT_CHOWN): Define as 0.
	* sysdeps/unix/grantpt.c (grantpt): Check HAVE_PT_CHOWN for value,
	not definedness.
