How about the following patch to changes.html - and to doc/invoke.texi?

Regarding _Cilk_for, I assume that the missing bits are in 
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2014-02/msg01283.html ? It is a bit 
unfortunate that 4.9 will miss that bits :-/
