The last user of this was in objc and has been removed a while ago.

	gcc/c-family/
	* c-common.h (enum c_tree_index): Remove CTI_INT_ARRAY_TYPE.
	(int_array_type_node): Remove.
	* c-common.c (c_common_nodes_and_builtins): Don't build it.
