[V3,09/13] Add Power7 VSX Logical Instructions

This patch adds the VSX logical instructions that are defined
by the Version 2.06 Power ISA (aka Power7):

   - xxland
   - xxlandc
   - xxlor
   - xxlxor
   - xxlnor
