[v2,17/18] remove last definition of CROSS_FLOAT_H

There is a single definition of CROSS_FLOAT_H in the source.
As far as I can tell, this is never used anywhere.
So, this patch removes it.

	* config/mcore/t-mcore (CROSS_FLOAT_H): Remove.
