[3.8.y.z,extended,stable] Patch "Kirkwood: Enable PCIe port 1 on QNAP TS-11x/TS-21x" has been added to staging queue

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled

    Kirkwood: Enable PCIe port 1 on QNAP TS-11x/TS-21x

to the linux-3.8.y-queue branch of the 3.8.y.z extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

 http://kernel.ubuntu.com/git?p=ubuntu/linux.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/linux-3.8.y-queue

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.8.13.4.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to this tree, please

Subject: Kirkwood: Enable PCIe port 1 on QNAP TS-11x/TS-21x

commit 99e11334dcb846f9b76fb808196c7f47aa83abb3 upstream.

Enable KW_PCIE1 on QNAP TS-11x/TS-21x devices as newer revisions
(rev 1.3) have a USB 3.0 chip from Etron on PCIe port 1.  Thanks
to Marek Vasut for identifying this issue!
