	* doc/invoke.texi (AVR Options): Tweak link for AVR-LibC user manual.
	* doc/extend.texi (Named Address Spaces): Ditto.
	(Variable Attributes): Ditto.

Installed on HEAD; will also apply to GCC 4.8 in a day or two.
