Adding support for the Dreamcast VMU as an MTD map.

The VMU is a smart (microcontroller governed) flash-based peripheral for
the SEGA Dreamcast, attached through SEGA's proprietary Maple bus.

ive only quoted some, but the use of parenthesis here is pointless and imo 
makes the code harder to read.  it's like trying to parse lisp ;).
