This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled xhci: Add Lynx Point LP to list of Intel switchable hosts to the linux-3.5.y-queue branch of the 3.5.y.z extended stable tree which can be found at: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/git?p=ubuntu/linux.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/linux-3.5.y-queue If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to this tree, please reply to this email. For more information about the 3.5.y.z tree, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/Dev/ExtendedStable Thanks. -Herton ------ From ca54397ec5e0a29263997552ab92da36db916bfb Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Russell Webb <russell.webb@linux.intel.com> Date: Fri, 9 Nov 2012 13:58:49 -0800 Subject: [PATCH] xhci: Add Lynx Point LP to list of Intel switchable hosts commit bb1e5dd7113d2fd178d3af9aca8f480ae0468edf upstream. Like Lynx Point, Lynx Point LP is also switchable. See 1c12443ab8eba71a658fae4572147e56d1f84f66 for more details. This patch should be backported to stable kernels as old as 3.0, that contain commit 69e848c2090aebba5698a1620604c7dccb448684 "Intel xhci: Support EHCI/xHCI port switching."
