Thanks.  Somehow I kept stumbling over the second sentence, so
finally I went ahead a adjusted it a bit.   (This also describes
previous situation not _as_ negatively.)

Tweak rationale of removing -fipa-struct-reorg and -fipa-matrix-reorg.
