This is for comment #1:

        PR other/33190
        * doc/tm.texi.in: Document LOGICAL_OP_NON_SHORT_CIRCUIT.
        * doc/tm.texi: Regenerate.

 This target hook describes the relative costs of RTL expressions.

The patch merely fixes the missed target macro renaming doc change for
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2004-11/msg01473.html.
Committed as obvious.
