Nitpicking: those two commands do not necessarily need to belong to the
shell same command. I.e, you can write it as:

+	cp -f package/ramspeed/Makefile $(@D)
+	CC="$(TARGET_CC)" CFLAGS="$(TARGET_CFLAGS)" \
+		make -C $(@D) $(RAMSPEED_ARCH)
