This patch to libgo uses the new -fgo-pkgpath option when building
libgo.  This produces a standard library that uses the same type
reflection strings and PkgPath information as the other Go library.
Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.
Committed to mainline and 4.7 branch.
