I rebased cleanup-exynos-clock on top of cleanup-use-static as per 
Olof's suggestion.

Please pull it from:
   git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/kgene/linux-samsung.git 
next/cleanup-exynos-clock
