Hi,

This patch replaces all uses of 'vuninitializedq_*' by the same function 
but under the __arm_ namespace. In case we define the PRESERVE MACRO the 
variant without the '__arm_' prefix will not be available.

Regression tested arm-none-eabi.

Is this OK for trunk?
