[libgcc,avr-rtems] Filter out _exit

Hi,

avr-rtems uses _exit from newlib and therefore filter out _exit from 
LIB1ASMFUNCS.

I intend to commit the patch below, which is supposed to be a port of 
what RTEMS had used in gcc/config/avr/t-rtems in gcc < 4.7.
