Here's the fix for both gfortran references.

* configure.ac: Don't test for gfortran.
	* configure: Rebuild.

	* testsuite/lib/libitm.exp: Don't include gfortran-dg.exp.
	* testsuite/libitm.c++/c++.exp: Don't use gfortran-dg-runtest.
