Apollo Lake (APL) only supports hardware sequencing. Add support for this
into the SPI driver, as an option.

Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Bin Meng <bmeng.cn@gmail.com>

Changes in v6:
- Add a comment as to why dev_read_bool() is not used

Changes in v5: None
Changes in v4:
- Fix comment for exec_sync_hwseq_xfer()
- apollolake -> Apollo Lake

Changes in v3: None
Changes in v2: None
