This libgo patch recognizes aarch64_be as arm64be.  I don't know if
anything else is needed for aarch64_be support, but this at least is
required.  This is for GCC PR 92810.  Bootstrapped on
x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.  Committed to mainline.
