Removing the existing debug infrastrucure as proposed to be replaced by
Qemu Tracing infrastructure.

virtio-9p-debug give a symbolic name for different 9p operation. Can you
add a simple trace derived python script that look at id and print the
name of 9p operation. That helps in better debugging. Also it would be
nice to add some kind of filtering. But i guess that can go later.
