There is a new compatible string for the SAM9X60 sdhci device. It involves
an update of the properties about the clocks stuff.

I have a feeling that here you may wish to also write the caps0 to the 
SDHC_CAPABILITIES:
writel(caps0, host->ioaddr + SDHCI_CAPABILITIES);

You are computing the caps0 but not writing them to register.
