to get the changes below.

The series includes the remaining part of Hayes's recent patches as
well as some jumbo frames changes.

The pci_write_config_byte(pdev, 0x79, ... should be replaced with some
rtl_tx_performance_tweak variant. Feel free to peel the top-most patch
if you want me to respin it with the jumbo changes patch.
