The Winbond W25X40 is now being used in the IP02 (and possibly IP04)
boards.  Tested and working on the actual device.

hmm, this is actually a v2 with a slightly updated changelog.  i looked to see 
if it was posted already, but couldnt find it originally.  just stumbled 
across it now though :p.
