Emulate MMX ssse3_pmulhrswv4hi3 with SSE.  Only SSE register source
operand is allowed.

	PR target/89021
	* config/i386/sse.md (ssse3_pmulhrswv4hi3): Require TARGET_MMX
	or TARGET_MMX_WITH_SSE.
	(*ssse3_pmulhrswv4hi3): Add SSE emulation.
