This fixes the problematic generation of TLS addresses on 64-bit SPARC, which 
doesn't take into account the TLS relaxation that can be done by the linker.
It can turn positive offsets to the GOT register %l7 into negative offsets to 
the thread register %g7 so the offsets must be computed in DImode for 64-bit 
SPARC, lest they be spilled onto the stack and reloaded as 32-bit values.

James remarked that there is one case where the offsets can safely stay SImode 
but I have changed it too for the sake of consistency and simplicity.

The patch also contains testcases for the patterns combining %tldo_add with 
some integer loads or stores in the local-dynamic model.

Tested on SPARC/Solaris 11, applied on all active branches.
