PATCH: PR target/49497: Incorrect lea peephole

Hi,

We should check !TARGET_PARTIAL_REG_STALL for imul to lea peepholes.
Also there is no partial register stall for SImode.  I also added
const359_operand as suggestd by Uros.

OK for trunk?

	(imul to lea peepholes): Use const359_operand and check
	TARGET_PARTIAL_REG_STALL.

	* config/i386/predicates.md (const359_operand): New.
