Add driver support for Global Clock controller for SC7180 and also update
device tree bindings for the various clocks supported in the clock controller.

I am not sure we need these, reordering code and getting rid of them
should be easy enough (i did that for sm8150)

This is legacy test, so we would want only fw_name being there
