PCI support for IMX6

Hi!

This is what I ended up with. Currently it is unable to turn on clock
for PCI, thus it hangs. If someone has any ideas, let me know...

I'm not sure, Shawn might be the expert on this ;)

But have you tried using 'pcie_ref_125m'? And/or, as a test only, to 
add pcie_ref and/or pcie_ref_125m to clks_init_on:

These pins need to be programmed as GPIO in the dts file.

mx6 has been converted to devide tree, so you should not be passing
platform data here.

These PCI related GPIOs should be passed via dts and the driver should
be able to parse them.

Are you using git send-email?  Why the diff stat is missing here?
Generally, I prefer to have prefix "ARM: dts: ..." put on subject for
such type of dts patches.

sort them by label name in alphabet order.

Couldn't this be a compatible list like

    compatible = "microsys,sbc6x", "fsl,imx6q";

Then, we can test for imx6q compatibility in drivers or
platform code using of_machine_is_compatible(). Or what is the
preferred way to test for SoC compatibility?

Yes, this is what I was asking for and every imx board dts file is
doing.  Sorry if I did not make it clear.

It can apply cleanly, but it does not work, because all imx dts files
got renamed to support macros.

I applied it with some fixup.  Please use git send-email in the future,
so that git am can just work out everything for me.
