Following the removal of the unused struct net_device * parameter from
the NAPI functions named *netif_rx_* in commit 908a7a1, they are
exactly equivalent to the corresponding *napi_* functions and are
therefore redundant.

I revisited this to update the out-of-tree version of the sfc driver.
This makes the *netif_rx_* functions equivalent to the corresponding
*napi_* functions. So let's finish the job. This is another search-
and-replace, mostly compile-tested.

napi was just new-api.
Why persist what seems a poor naming choice?

Maybe because "NAPI" has been ingrained into everyone's skull for the
past 10+ years?

Alas I wasn't able to send this earlier, but here is some issue

Plus a missing chunk for: drivers/staging/benet/be_int.c.

What's the issue - does it conflict with another change to this file?

That didn't go in via net-next-2.6.

Since the merge window is closed I assume this will now be deferred to
2.6.30.

Oh, now I see it - the device arguments hadn't already been removed.
Yes, I'm afraid I failed to select this driver.

It's only possible on platforms based on IXP4xx (Intel's networking
ARM CPU).

So, as it turns out I think I need to handle this in a few stages:

1) It doesn't build upstream in Linus's tree because of the
dev arg, so I'll fix that upstream in net-2.6

2) Then I'll rework Ben's napi_*() patch to apply on top of that.

I can do this because I haven't published my net-next-2.6 tree
yet anywhere, so I can just rebase to fix all of this up.

Thanks.
