Hi,
Testcase coverage for the vec_extract builtins.
    
Due to codegen differences between (p7,p8,p9) targets, these
have been split into bits and pieces as seen.

Tested across assorted power linux platforms.  OK for trunk?

powerpc_altivec_ok is true on all systems nowadays.

And -mcpu=power7 implies -maltivec, too.
