Following previous mail about the dual license update for ubi-media.h file
(ie http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-mtd/2018-January/078878.html),
this is the corresponding patch about the requested change.

Waiting for your feedback and comment about the proposal.

No objections from my side, but you really need to poke IBM about that. And
if that happens then the kernel header. where this is copied from needs to
be updated as well....
