The guidance I had received from the FSF which lead to the footer we are using is to mimick what is being used for www.gnu.org / www.fsf.org. And that's what I did now. ;-) Also, both sites have removed the FSF postal address, as have we in the individual copyright headers for our source files (where it used to be listed as well), so this is just a natural change.
